If you have booked a private tour (and activity), you can cancel your visit free of charge up to 2 weeks in advance and, if necessary, book a new date.
If you have bought tickets for a Sunday or holiday safari, we unfortunately cannot cancel or reschedule these free of charge. Rescheduling costs 2.50 euros per ticket.
Yes, on-site parking is free.
Yes you can. When it rains, the camels are inside and you can visit them in the stables.
Yes with us you can pay by debit card as well as cash.
Dogs are welcome at Camel dairy Smits! Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed into the stables but are allowed on the terrace and restaurant.
However, accompanied dogs are allowed into the stables.
When your dog is waiting on the terrace, someone will have to be with the dog. Dogs may not be left alone.
